Wow! This book was nothing like I expected it to be and it exceeded every expectation! I truly felt like I was in Oakwood Valley walking alongside Donovan and Audrey. Their love story is one that will forever be remembered in all the best ways. This book had me on edge physically and emotionally the entire time. They pushed past challenges and showed how true love can conquer anything. I am itching for the rest of this series to come out!!!

I absolutely loved this novel. Going into it I thought it was going to be a typical small town trope but my god it turned into something completely different. I fell in love with Audrey and Donovan but also fell in love with every character that lived in Oakwood valley. It makes me incredibly sad I can’t visit this town and have a glass of wine with all of them in person. I wasn’t prepared to cry as much as I did and most of all I was not prepared for the spice!!! 5/5 for spice. If you are looking for your next summer modern romance novel, read this and you will not be disappointed.

I laughed, I cried, I was in the edge of my seat, and I truly felt like I was in Oakwood Valley with my besties! Donovan’s charm, Audrey’s strength, and the story of love and redemption had me in a puddle!! I loved every minute reading this book and cannot wait for the rest of this series!!
